| On the early morning of Jan 10, 2011, we woke up to a house full of water due to a ruptured water pipe. We called Advanced Restoration Inc. and within minutes, Jon Hall arrived. Several minutes after that, the first of Jon’s crew arrived and began the water mitigation process. Soon after, more crews arrived and the process was accelerated.
We must say that they did an outstanding job. In addition to dealing with frazzled home owners, they tackled the Herculean job of drying our house out. We were so pleased with what they did, we also contracted with them to do the rebuild.
I recommend to anyone, if you need help with water damage or anything else, these are the people to call. There is none better in our humble opinion.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend you and your team for the outstanding job your company has done for my family. From the very beginning we had no idea what was in store for us with a flood emergency such as ours.
First of all, your response time was amazing. You and Josh came to our house on a Friday evening almost immediately after we called. The water extraction and all the Hi-Tech Equipment you guys used was simply impressive. Now, I remember all of the things you were explaining to me the first night and how everything was exactly as you said it would be. Every customer should put their trust in you.
Jeremy and Chris were very courteous, knowledgeable, well groomed and disciplined during their many trips to our home. They monitored the equipment, helped keep the house clean and even helped polish the furniture when they moved it in and out.
Josh was extremely helpful when it came to being our “mediator” with the insurance company. He did an excellent job informing us on how the normal procedures were and what we could expect from such a large claim as well as Josh dealing with the adjusters. His experience definitely paid off, especially with all the paper work, estimating, phone calls etc. He is an invaluable source.
When we first discussed the rebuild project, it is safe to say we were simply overwhelmed. Just the sheer magnitude of the water damage made it seem impossible to be back to order anytime soon. All my wife and I wished for was to hopefully be restored by Christmas.
Your Construction Manager Douglas was introduced to us by you and Josh with the idea it was possible to be done by Christmas. As it turns out, the entire project and then some was completed about a week after thanksgiving. Almost an entire month ahead of schedule, wow! Doug has a very high attention to detail and the scope of the rebuild was no less then excellent. Our home looks better than ever and we never imagined it could have been done this well and as quickly.

| My heart sunk when I walked into my bathroom late Monday night and stepped into an inch deep lake of water! Frantically I grabbed ALL the towels in the house and started soaking up as much water as I could. The job seemed endless. No matter how much I soaked up there was still a ton left on the floor. I had no idea what to do or who to call, but I knew what I was doing was not enough. That is when I found your number.
Thank you so much for coming right over, discussing the extent of the damage and providing me with options of what to do next. It was an experience I would not want to repeat, but if it did happen again, I would feel confident your company would take care of my family and I.

| I highly recommend Advanced Restoration for water damage repairs. The guys were prompt and extremely professional. They were out here every day until the damage was completely resolved. I hope I don’t have to use a restoration company again, but if I do, they will be it!!! |

| Great company. Great response. And always available! I am a Realtor and have my next door neighbors’ home listed for sale. They live out of town, and so my husband and I are able to watch over the house. When a bathroom pipe burst and caused a small food, I wasn’t sure who to call at first. I looked online and found a list of companies. Although other companies may say they are available 24/7, when I called around, these guys were the only ones who actually answered the phone. They came out to the house very quickly, were very professional and they really did a great job. They were at the house consistently to check on the progress of their work — including weekends & late nights. They even worked directly with the insurance company regarding the issue. I will definitely recommend them in the future! |

We are a struggling Mission based church heavily involved in children’s ministries. We recently had a terrible flood above our Sanctuary. Advanced Restoration came to our rescue! DON’T CALL ANYONE BUT ADVANCED RESTORATION. THEY ARE THE BEST BY FAR. I am a single mom and when my sewer backed up at 10pm and flooded my whole house, I had NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. They answered the phone immediately and were at my house within minutes. Jon made me feel safe and secure as soon as I opened the door. They had the mess cleaned up in no time and were the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Both of them were dressed very professional even how late it was. I felt like a HUGE weight had been lifted by them. They have no idea how grateful I am for helping us in our time of distress. I have told everyone I know about them and the excellent customer service they provide. They worked directly with my insurance and talked directly to the adjuster I never had to do a thing. My house is better than it was before the disaster and they completed the whole entire job including new carpet, flooring, and painting within days.

| Fantastic Customer Service. I had a flood from my toilet and after calling larger companies with no response, Advanced Restoration was on the line talking to us and had Josh out within an hour. The job was completed with professionalism and courtesy working around us pulling furniture out and with dogs under foot. I would recommend the company to anyone that needs damage services. |

We had a water line burst in our home on a Fri evening around 9:30 PM. I contacted Advanced Restoration. They were at our home in about an hour. Jon was very professional and honest estimating the damage and they did a fantastic job of minimizing the damage and cleaning /drying out the water damage. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about other restoration companies. Not this one….they are THE BEST. Offered to clean my carpets for FREE after the job was completed throughout my whole house. | After my toilet overflowed causing a flood, I called several places and this was to only one where I got a live person. They responded promptly, were very professional, and explained what they were going to do and why. I was extremely impressed with this company. I would recommend them to anyone. |
